When I start the Xentor Client it tells me my Licence has expired?
The Xentor Licence for each client is held on the Xentor Server and has an expiry date. Each time the Xentor Client is synchronized the Licence details are updated. If your Licence has expired then sychronize Xentor to retrieve the current Licence.

If you have synchronized Xentor sucessfully and the same Licence expiry message is displayed, then contact your Xentor support provider to further help.
How do I change laptop when the Xentor Client is installed?
The Xentor Client database hold the credentials for the current user such that the database cannot be copied between machines and accidently corrupt data on the server. The following procedure describes how to manage a laptop change.

IMPORTANT: Synchronize the Xentor Client on the old laptop to ensure the local data has been uploaded to the server.
Install the Xentor Client on the new laptop.
Either update the credentials using the Xentor Administrator or contact Xentor Support and request that the credentials are changed.
Synchronize the Xentor Client on the new laptop.
When I start the Xentor Client it tells me that my credentials and invalid?
There are 2 main reasons why this message is generated; either the local database has been copied between machines or the credentials have been entered incorrectly on the server.

Incorrect credentials
First of all contact your Xentor Support provider and establish that the credentials entered using the Xentor Administrator match those of your local machine. The WhoAmI tool can be helpful here. If the credentials are valid and the database has not been copied, then contact Xentor Support for further help.
Copied Database
If the laptop has been recently changed, then sometimes the local database is accidently copied between machines. Assuming that the Xentort Client has been recently synchronized, delete the local database and synchronize from the Xentor Server. Note if the Xentor Client was not recently synchronized thre is potential for data loss.
If the time lf last synchronization is uncertain, then contact Xentor Support for further help.
