First Line Support

We offer a helpdesk facility to provide a first port of call for any user issues when using Xentor Enterprise or Xentor Solo.

Second Line Support

Second line support is provided free of charge to all customers with a standard licence, and provides resolution of issues that have been escalated by first line support.

Upgrades & Updates

Xentor Suite updates are available free of charge to all end user organizations with an appropriate maintenance agreement, these updates may include:

  • Incremental product enhancements
  • Resolution of product issues

Xentor Suite upgrades are available at the request of the end user organization at additional cost, these upgrades may include:

  • Increase in product functionality
  • Custom modules
  • Custom product enhancements
  • Additional modules
