If a sales representative is identified as having a particular development need, the Training Module can display a list of resources available to the manager that can be used as a tool kit to help develop that individual.
The entire process of allocating this resource is then automated; in addition a powerful report suite (via the Xentor Training Administrator) provides a range of analytics.

- View the training records of a person at a generic or key skill level.
- Locate training courses that are specific.
- Analysis of training impact following best practice.
- Provide the course objectives, feedback, and surveys to facilitate course and person development.
