The Benchmarking module is used to develop best practice by facilitating data capture against a known standard.

Benchmark sessions can be automatically distributed to all assessors in your sales force, feedback can take place within a predefined time scale and analysis conducted to determine which managers require additional training to ensure consistency of methods and robust data capture.
