Our initial aim was to produce and supply an innovative representative coaching system for companies with a large scale sales force. This first generation product quickly became the gold standard for representative development.
From that success and with the direct input of our clients, it became apparent that there was virtually no way to use the data from CRM or ETMS systems to measure the effectiveness of individual representatives or sales teams.
